Korea National Oil Corporation in Kazakhstan is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator for the period from 01.08.2024 till 18.06.2025 (temporary replacement)

Duties:

Receiving of phone calls and distributing them correctly.
Receiving, bookkeeping, registration and sending of outcoming and incoming mail
Arranging of transportation of personnel by management request, managing drivers' work and their overtime reports;
Maintaining corporate mobile net issues, mobile expence invoices, making payments;
Maintaining office rental contracts, payments etc; cooperating with Business Center's administration;
Maintaining of office household issues; ordering of stationary, paper, household chemistry and etc;
Welcoming guests
Requirements:

at least 0.5-1 year of any Administrative experience
Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English (advanced and above). Korean will be an advantage;
user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP and/or Bitrix24 will be an advantage
Punctuality, responsibility
Conditions:

office work, Almaty, 5/2 from 08.00 till 17.00
negotiable salary level
28 days of annual leave
2000 KZT of lunch payment per 1 working day
coverage of mobile expences (7 000 KZT per month)
