Students are invited to apply for international academic mobility programs at partner universities for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

The following students are eligible to participate in the competition:

• those who meet the partner university’s foreign language proficiency requirements;
• those with a GPA of at least 3.0;
• those who do not have any financial or academic debts.

List of required documents for participation in the international academic mobility program:

1. Application addressed to the Rector of Ablai Khan KazUIR&WL;
2. Applicant’s questionnaire;
3. Transcript in English indicating GPA (minimum 3.0) (to be downloaded independently from Hero);
4. Motivation letter in English;
5. Certificate confirming the level of foreign language proficiency (if unavailable, a confirmation letter with the stamp and signature of a teacher verifying the required language skills);
6. Copies of awards, diplomas, and certificates obtained during studies at the university;
7. Copy of passport (if available);
8. Copy of ID card.
