On September 25, 2025, a meeting was held between the graduating class of 2026 and representatives of the RSI « Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty».
During the meeting, Beisembinova Gulsim Arynovna, Chief specialist of the Civil Service Department, provided detailed information about the Agency’s structure and functions, the procedures for entering the civil service, competition requirements, and the key competencies expected from graduates. Particular emphasis was placed on career opportunities and pathways for professional development within the civil service system.
In addition, Beisembinova Gulsim Arynovna introduced students to the capabilities of the «e-Qyzmet» electronic system. This unified online platform allows candidates to apply for vacant civil service positions around the clock, 24/7. The system ensures the transparency and fairness of competition procedures, providing equal opportunities for all citizens. Through «e-Qyzmet» applicants can also track the status of their documents and view the results of competition stages online. This digital solution is designed to make the entry process into the civil service more accessible, efficient, and in line with modern standards.
At the end of the meeting, students actively asked questions regarding admission requirements, the possibility for graduates without work experience to participate in competitions, and the procedure for rotation. The Department’s representative provided comprehensive answers and emphasized that all competition procedures are conducted openly and transparently.
The event played an important role in raising students’ interest in the civil service and in supporting their professional orientation.
