- "Best original screenplay"
Within the framework of the regional studies laboratory of the Department of International Relations, in order to assess the level of development of students' foreign language intercultural communicative competence, their skills of free communication and public speaking, on April 29, 2025, the first-year teachers of the discipline Foreign Languages of the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of International Relations and Public Administration organized and held the competition "Best original screenplay" among first-year students of the International Relations program, where students staged productions using all the topics covered from September to May of the current academic year 2024-2025.

- The diplomatic simulation game “Arrival”
For the purpose of evaluating the level of shaping foreign language intercultural communicative competence of students, their skills of free communication and public speaking, April 25, 2025, the teachers of the Department of International Relations, Faculty of IR,L&B organized and conducted a diplomatic simulation game “Arrival” among the 2nd year students of the EP “International Relations”, devoted to the Day of Multilateral Diplomacy of the United Nations within the framework of the regional studies laboratory of the Department of International Relations.

- Republican Oratory Competition in Japanese language
Dear teachers, bachelor, master's and doctoral students! On March 15, 2025 at 11:00 our university will host the 28th Republican Oratory Competition in Japanese language. Students of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov and students of the KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan will take part in the competition. Venue: Main Academic Building of KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan, Red Hall.

Together with the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Turkic World: Traditions, Practice and Prospects for the Development of Electoral Systems” is being organized under the auspices of the Consultative Platform of the Central Electoral Bodies of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States.
