- Guest lectures by InHolland University teaching staff for AU students
Ablai Khan University was visited by the delegation of InHolland University of Applied Sciences from the Netherlands! This is a significant event for our educational community, given the long-term fruitful partnership between our universities. We are pleased to note that many of our students have already taken advantage of the opportunity for learning and cultural exchange thanks to the Erasmus+ program.

- Festival - "Oriental fest 2024"
The festival "Oriental fest 2024" is a cultural event aimed at attracting future applicants to the Faculty of Oriental Studies. The festival is held annually by the Faculty of Oriental Studies with the support of the Center for Korean Studies and the Confucius Institute at KazUIR&WL named after Abylai khan. This year, due to floods in the Western part of Kazakhstan, the event was held at the faculty level. The purpose of the event was to enrich the national arts of the countries of the East, to form the interests of various ethnic groups.

- An open screening of the social film by the famous director Aziz Zairov "Mom, I'm Alive" to students of the Faculty of Translation and Philology.
On 25 th of April with students of Foreign Philology specialty, Faculty of Translation and Foreign Philology was an open screening of the social film "Mom, I'm Alive!” by the famous director Aziz Zairov. The entire auditorium was completely filled with interested students and teachers. And there was tension and anticipation of history in the air.

- Students of KazUIR&WL at the exhibition in the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev
On April 24, students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, under the guidance of Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan N.T.Zhanakova, got acquainted with the exhibition in the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the great scientist, academician Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev. The head of the library collection service F.Bekturbekova, librarians R.Myspaeva, K.Altynbekuly conducted a tour, talking in detail about the archival, documentary, printed and book materials of the exhibition regarding the life and work of the scientist. Then the students visited the library museum, cultural centers of China, Iran, Korea, Russia and India, visited industry halls, as well as the offices of famous writers A.Nurshaikov and G.Belger.
