On November 15, 2024, students, employees and teaching staff of Kazakh ABlai Khan UIR&WL took part online in the «Counteracting fraud and improving the financial literacy of the population» forum, which was organized by the Agency for Financial Monitoring of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the «ALAYAQ.NET» project, the Ministry of Culture and Information and the «Center for Support of Civil Initiatives» NJSC.

From November 13 to 15, 2024, the delegation of Kazakh Ablai Khan UIR&WL headed by Vice-Rector for Strategic Development D.A. Kunanbaeva visited one of the leading universities of the People's Republic of China - Southwest University in Chongqing.

On November 15, 2024, Ablai Khan University hosted a bright and inspiring concert dedicated to the Students' Day. The festive event brought together students, teachers and representatives of the university administration.

On  November 15, in honor of the Birthday of the great English playwright and poet William Shakespeare, a competition on the theme "To be or not to be, that is the question" was held among the third-year students of the PFIA faculty. 8 groups of students participated, and each group reviewed the Great Playwright through a video and presentation. A quiz was made from the poet's life, he read his sonnets with style, and ended the competition with an interesting performance.

On November 14 for the students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of the educational program "Journalism" a meeting with the producer of the center "Media Professional", founder and editor-in-chief of "JM PRODUCTION" Zhumabay Akbota Nurlanqyzyzy was held. The theme of the speech - "The profession you have chosen opens the way to your future" - became the center of the discussion of career opportunities and prospects for professional development in the field of journalism.

On November 14, 2024, the Faculty of International Relations, Law and Business held an intra-university Student Subject Olympiad in the discipline "Basics of Financial Literacy", dedicated to the Day of the National Currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan among students of KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan.

From November 5 to November 14, Ablai Khan University hosted a Spartakiad among first-year students dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competitions were held among faculty teams in 6 areas: volleyball, togyzkumalak, futsal, chess, basketball, table tennis.

On November 12-13, 2024, a training for journalists was held in Almaty on promoting gender equality, involved marriage and fatherhood, as well as covering gender-based violence in the media. The event was organized as part of a UNFPA initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of journalists in Kazakhstan to effectively cover complex and sensitive topics related to gender-based violence in the media and promote the concept of involving men in the fight against violence and changing social norms.

On November 12, 2024, the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Problems of Science and Education in the Context of Global Change" was held at Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

On November 11-12, 2024, third- and fourth-year students of the Journalism program at KazIR&WL participated in the V International Media Forum of Turkic-speaking Journalists "TURKTIME: Unity of Media and Tourism in Turkic Countries." The event gathered leading media representatives, tourism experts, and government officials from Kazakhstan, Europe, Turkey, and Central Asia.
