The educational program "International Law" is implemented within the framework of the Concept for the Development of Legal Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025-2030 and has been developed in accordance with the requirements of both the domestic and international labor markets.
The uniqueness of the educational program lies in the formation of a fundamentally new model of a specialist who possesses skills such as the analysis and application of international legal acts in resolving international commercial disputes, conducting consulting activities, providing legal outsourcing, and participating in international legal proceedings.
Its specificity is the theoretical and practical training aimed at developing skills for working in real international situations. Special attention is given to an interdisciplinary approach that integrates international law with politics and economics. Students have the opportunity to build an educational trajectory within three main areas: international law and diplomacy, international private law and commercial activity, human rights and human rights activities. Another important advantage is the continuous study of the English language. Courses in international law are taught in English, which enhances language preparation for admission to master's programs abroad, participation in academic mobility programs, and dual degree programs.
