The educational program "Journalism" is aimed at training highly qualified journalists of the new generation, who have the skills to effectively work with large information flows, who are proficient in modern communication technologies, who are able to create and moderate relevant content, independently set and solve problems in the field of their professional activity. The educational program is developed in accordance with the requirements of employers and provides graduates with the competencies necessary for work in the field of media production.

The uniqueness of the educational program lies in the orientation of students towards digital media, the formation in students of shooting high-quality video, editing, working with social networks, video content, SMM, multimedia journalism and even using artificial intelligence in the media.

The specificity of journalism is that students are taught such disciplines as: country brand, work of a TV-video-photo operator, international documentary, which allow students to master practical skills.

The teaching staff consists of experienced specialists with practical experience in the media, PR and advertising, using various teaching methods, such as: project method, case study method, round table, talkshow technology, «Toastmaster», debates, use of Internet resources (tests, exercises, viewing and analysis of informational video materials).

Graduates of the program will be able to work in the following structures: media companies, advertising agencies, PR departments of large companies, international organizations, and also create their own media projects.

Graduates of the educational program «Journalism» can perform the following types of professional activities: creation and distribution of content, management of media resources, conducting advertising and PR campaigns, analysis of the target audience, organization and management of communication processes.
