The educational program "Translation Studies" is aimed at training future translators with high-quality knowledge in the field of oral and written translation for various areas of socio-economic activity. The educational program is developed in accordance with the requirements of employers and provides graduates with the competencies necessary to perform professional activities of a translator.
The unique advantages of the program are the training of professional personnel in the field of translation of oriental languages, in-depth specialized training in comprehensive translation skills using advanced experience and modern teaching methods, and the study of oriental languages and cultures.
The specifics of the educational program "Translation Studies" assumes specialized specialization in written and oral translation in a certain field of activity, training students for the work of a translator-referent. An additional advantage of the program is the academic mobility of students to partner universities in China and South Korea.
The teaching staff consists of doctors, candidates of science and masters, and provides various teaching methods, such as case studies, project activities, business games, translation/pre-translation analysis of texts of various genres, as well as individual (project) and team work.
